Requirements:



• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to lead a team of IT professionals and provide them with necessary guidance from time-to-time.
• Project-based approach
• Ability to manage complex production disruptions leading an incident and capable of leveraging troubleshooting and root cause analysis technical expertise.
• 4-6 years of working experience with 3+ years proven experience in a management or supervisory positions demonstrating the ability to perform effective budget management and supervision of staff.
• Extensive knowledge of IT Security technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft on-premises technologies and security solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft and AWS cloud technologies and security solutions
• Knowledge of IT Security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST.
• Work experience in a multicultural environment
• Should have decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong vendor management and capacity planning skills.
